You have the option to purchase or rent your cap and gown: the cost if purchased is 70 GEL; the cost if rented - 20 GEL. You will be able to purchase the cap and gown in the bookstore of the University of Georgia (located on the first floor of the 4th building, room #116), or rent it on the first floor of the 4th building on September 05 and 06 (12:00 PM -6:00 PM, break 2 PM - 3 PM) where special desks will be organized for vending purposes. In case of rent, you should transfer the amount like your study fee, with your ID and submit a receipt at the time of rent.
Renting or buying cap and gown is only possible for the students who are eligible to receive a diploma or have accumulated 240 credits. Also, students of single-cycled programs of Medicine and Dentistry who have accumulated 300 or more credits.
Please note that the rented cap and gown must be returned after the ceremony ends, within a week, during the working hours from 12 pm to 6 pm in Office #111, 4th building.
